I don't know about you but I absolutely LOVE seafood! So when I received the invitation to taste The Manhattan FISH MARKET's new menu, I accepted it with a huge grin.

The Manhattan FISH MARKET is introducing 25 new dishes!!! (That is seriously A LOT MORE..)
The new menu has a really nice and fresh look to it as well!

The Manhattan FISH MARKET folks have also added a new section to their menu!
This new selection of dishes allows you to indulge in delicious dishes that are worthy of a fine dining restaurant but with the prices of casual dining one. Exciting isn't it?
Hey stop drooling! We haven't even began with my meal yet!!!
The Manhattan FISH MARKET put together a special menu for us~
To begin, I chose the Salmon Chowder.
Initially, I was like "Salmon? Chowder? Sounds strange.... It's like fish chowder.... O_O" But after tasting it, I was like *mind blown*
What I especially love about this soup is that there are REAL CHUNKS OF SALMON IN IT!!
YUM!

Stewed Tomato Mussels
I have never really cared for mussels but after trying these succulent dish, I want more. The mussels are served with baguettes. They go extremely well together!!!
I really liked the combination! But I stopped myself from eating too much bread because I was afraid I won't be able to stomach the other exciting dishes! ;( I'll be back for you mussels & bread......
and the Chipotle Fish Skewers
The one is one of my favourite dishes. It reminded me of satay.. Fish satay...? I love how tender the fish was. The smoky Chipotle sauce on top added a bang of flavour. It's like a party in my mouth. *faints* so... good.......
Moving on to the main courses....
Scallop Americana
Look at how generous they are with the scallops!!!!!!!! I am more of a spaghetti bolognese type of person so I thought this dish would be boring and plain. I WAS WRONG. Despite the simplicity of it, it does give off a really nice flavour. The spaghetti was cooked to perfection- al dente! And the sweet and juicy scallops sautéed with capsicums with a hint of black pepper made this a wonderful pasta to savour!!!!
By the way, while the staff were serving us the pasta they all wore these adorable moustaches!
At first, I was like "Movember!!!!!" Then someone corrected me and said, "It's pasta. Italian. Moustaches are kinda Italian..." Aaa.... I get it... How cute!!!! I swear this restaurant is full of cool ideas!

I mean seriously... Look how good that looks....... Don't worry prawns... I'll come back for you!

and the Sexy Hot Whole Fish

Cookie Sundae
Instead of giving a boring old cup of cookies & cream ice cream, they spunked it up and served me a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of some crushed oreo cookies and chocolate fudge. So good..... I love oreos! This is really affordable too! At only $3.50, you can have a nice satisfying dessert!!
Blogging about my experience at The Manhattan FISH MARKET really makes me want to go back there for dinner tonight!!!
